The Qatar National Convention Centre, QNCC, is considered to be one of the greenest convention centers in the world. Opened in Dec 2011, the $720 million building was designed by the Japanese architect Arata Isozaki and RHWL architects. This building attracts attention from around the world as it is an iconic bent steel structure spanning 250 meters in the shape of the native Sidra tree that grows to support the overhanging roof structure.
Encardio-rite was responsible for the instrumentation work of the Convention Centre – a 108 storey building, through Ammico Contracting Co. WLL, Doha. They also supplied foundation instruments for the project.
